Cultural procession halts traffic in Manipal By Prajwal Bhat April 9, 2015 Manipal: The Umamaheshwari temple at Shivapadi, Manipal celebrated the renovation of their temple today with a zestful cultural procession that cut across Manipal at around 5 pm today bringing traffic near Tiger Circle to a halt for about an hour.
