Manipal: Traffic Police from Kundapura, Hebri, Karkala and Udupi came to assist Manipal during their nightly checks over the weekend. Large white vans with the red, bold word ‘Interceptor’ pasted on top were stationed at Syndicate Circle, Deetee and near China Valley hoping to catch miscreants who were breaking the law. 16 drunk drivers were stopped along with 10 other vehicles who did not have proper documents with them.
